Commissions & Processes

During each opening, we only accept a limited number of commissions. Be sure to keep an eye out for our openings! We will be announcing them on our social medias at least a couple weeks in advance.Please note that commissions are not on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Rather, they are selected based on our preferences and choices.
We LOVE working with complex characters so don’t be afraid to reach out if you think your character might be too complex. We will do the best in our ability to bring it to life!If you're looking to get a price estimate for your character, be sure to fill out our Quote Form when it is available. Please note that your quote is valid for only a year. If it expires you have to fill out a quote form again so you can get an updated price quote.However do keep in mind that the price might change after we’ve had a more detailed discussion about your commission where something comes up that wasn’t initially mentioned in the Quote form.

Filling out a Quote/Commission form

Once we are open for Quotes you will have a form to fill out where you’ll need to specify the type of suit you’d be looking to get as well as include a proper reference image of your character.
A proper reference image should include a front and back view at a minimum.
We do not accept screenshots of 3D/VR avatars or AI generated images as reference material. We also wont work with any copyrighted or copyright-inspired characters (such as but not limited to Pokemon, MLP, etc.)
Be sure not to miss any specific details and make sure you pick your choices of additions, should you want any.
If you’ve filled out the quotes form - great! Now you are waiting for us to go over the designs, assess them properly and send out the quotes.After you’ve received a quote from us you will be able to apply for a commission during our Commission Opening which should happen soon after we’ve opened our quotes form.The commission form will remain open until we’ve received enough submissions.There has been a lot of interest in our work after our Artist Alley participations during NFC 2025 & 2026 so we can safely say that our openings wont be First come First serve. We will go through the submissions and pick the ones we feel we can implement best to fit our style and abilities but please do not be discouraged if you do not get picked for the current opening. We will be doing our best to have at least 2/3 openings a year.

Payment, Refunds & Cancelations

We are accepting Bank Transfers (IBAN).Currently we are prioritising full payments. Payment plan can be discussed individually per each case.Should an emergency arise while we are working on your suit and you have to cancel your commission the refund amount will be discussed based on the amount of work that has been done.Please make sure you are financially stable when commissioning us.

Preparation, Work Process and Completion

Great! You’ve paid for your commission and now its the waiting game on your side. On our side - work will be beginning ASAP!
Please know that suit work isn’t our only job, we are also full-time digital artists, and we have been combining both seamlessly so far so that neither of our clients have been left in the dark or waiting for longer than agreed on. However please know that emergencies and unforeseen events may occur at any time that might stretch the initially agreed time. This is all communicated with all our current clients so that they are in the know of whats happening.
We pride ourselves in clear and open communication and transparency and we plan on keeping it this way!If you are ordering a full suit you will need to make and send our way a Duct Tape Dummy.

Once the DTD has been completed you have to send it our way so we can properly assess the amount of fur we’d need to order for your costume.After the DTD has been received we proceed with ordering the fabrics and materials needed for your suit.
We work with suppliers from Europe and China that deliver high-quality furs (such as but not limited to BigZ Fabrics, Linda Wholesale, Shannon Fabrics, MieMieFur etc.)Once we order the furs from them it’d take between 10 and 20 workdays for them to arrive. Local holidays may affect delivery times but so far we have not had any major delays with any of our suppliers! During this time we will be working on sculpting and printing the parts of your suits.Once the fabrics have arrived it should take us between 2-3 months for a partial and 2-6 months for a full suit to be completed. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED YOUR SUIT BY A CERTAIN DATE/CON AS WE OFFER FREE AT (european) CON DELIVERY IF WE ARE GOING TO IT!Once the furs have arrived - patterning, cutting and sewing will begin! During the patterning phase you are able to request changes. Once patterning has been approved & fur cut no design changes will be accepted.You will be receiving Work in Progress photo & video updates regularly. We kindly remind to keep the conversation professional and friendly.Once the suit has been finished, promotional videos and photos will be taken! We do not keep any of our suits secret. We can keep WIP pictures down to a minimum per request but generally we’d like to promote our work as much as possible!After we are done with that we will ship the suit your way alongside an AirTag so we can keep an eye on it during its journey to its new home, a goodies package and a detailed care guide.We ship our suits from Bulgaria.
Shipping usually takes between 5 and 10 business days for Europe and 10-20 business days world wide.
We always ship the packages tracked.Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping, nor for any customs or additional fees you may have to pay.Currently we do not ship to the USA. If you are an American client you have to arrange either picking it up from a European convention or having it sent to another location. We hope to lift the ban on USA shipping asap. We will be notifying people in our socials once we do!
